# Campaign Reports & Revenue

Every sent campaign gets a **report**: open the campaign from the **Campaigns** list in the **Emails** section of your Dashboard sidebar. The report answers the three questions that matter — did it arrive, did patrons engage, and what did it earn?

***

## Delivery at a glance

The top of the report is a row of delivery stats:

| Stat | What it counts |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Recipients** | How many patrons the campaign targeted at send time |
| **Sent / Delivered** | Emails handed off to the email provider for delivery — the Bounced and Spam cards show what didn’t land |
| **Opened** | Recipients who opened the email, with the open rate |
| **Clicked** | Recipients who clicked a link in it |
| **Bounced** | Addresses that couldn't be delivered to, with the bounce rate |
| **Spam** | Recipients who marked it as spam |
| **Unsubscribed** | Recipients who opted out from this campaign |
| **Skipped / Failed** | Recipients the send skipped (for example, suppressed after targeting) or that failed |

Bounces and spam complaints automatically join your [suppression list](https://docs.crowdwork.com/for-theatres/email-marketing/suppressions-and-unsubscribes), so a problem address is never emailed twice.

## Performance and revenue

The **Performance** section rolls up what the campaign achieved:

* **Clicks** — total clicks, with the number of unique patrons who clicked
* **Attributed Orders** and **Attributed Revenue** — purchases credited to this campaign (how crediting works is below)
* **Conversion** — how much of the audience went on to buy

### How revenue attribution works

CrowdWork's attribution is deliberately conservative, so the revenue number is one you can trust:

* **A click is required.** An order is only credited when the patron actually clicked a link in the campaign — merely opening the email never counts.
* **Within 7 days.** Only online orders placed within a week of the click are credited.
* **Last click wins.** If a patron clicked several campaigns, the most recent click before the purchase gets the credit.
* **Online orders only.** Box office and other admin-created orders aren't credited — they didn't come from an email click.
* **Net of refunds.** Refunded amounts are subtracted, so the figure reflects money actually kept.

## Links

The **Links** table breaks clicks down per link — clicks, unique clickers, and the orders and revenue each link produced — so you can see whether patrons acted on the event card, the button, or something else. Automated link-scanner hits (from inbox security tools) are filtered out, so these are real patron clicks.

## Acquisition

The **Acquisition** section shows what the campaign did for your audience beyond the immediate sale: new patrons acquired, the lifetime revenue and total orders from those patrons, and the average orders per acquired patron. A campaign that "only" broke even on attributed revenue can still be a win here.

## Digging deeper

* **Time from click to purchase** — a chart of how soon after clicking patrons bought, useful for timing future sends
* **Body Preview** — a snapshot of the email exactly as it was sent
* **Recipients** — the per-patron list with each recipient's delivery status (sent, opened, clicked) and the reason for any skip
* **Audit Log** — a record of the campaign's history, from draft to send
