# Where Everything Lives in Your Account

Everything you've bought through CrowdWork lives in one account, no matter how many different theatres you bought from. Each page below has its own address, so you can go straight there rather than clicking through menus.

**Not signed in?** Any of these links will ask you to sign in first and then take you to the page you clicked. You don't need to sign in ahead of time.

## Your Account Pages

* **Orders** — [crowdwork.com/account](https://crowdwork.com/account)\
  Every purchase you've made, newest first. Open an order to see its receipt, resend the confirmation email, or check a payment plan's schedule. This is also the account home page.
* **Tickets** — [crowdwork.com/account/tickets](https://crowdwork.com/account/tickets)\
  Your show tickets, grouped by the theatre you bought them from.
* **Classes** — [crowdwork.com/account/registrations](https://crowdwork.com/account/registrations)\
  Every class you're registered for. Listed as **Classes** in the account sidebar.
* **Memberships** — [crowdwork.com/account/memberships](https://crowdwork.com/account/memberships)\
  Your active memberships and their renewal dates. Pause or cancel a membership from here.
* **Payment Methods** — [crowdwork.com/account/payment-methods](https://crowdwork.com/account/payment-methods)\
  The cards on file for your memberships and payment plans. Add a card, or replace one that expired or was declined.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Card expired or a payment declined?** That's the most common reason people come looking, and you can fix it yourself in about a minute — see [Update the Card on File for a Membership or Payment Plan](/for-ticket-holders/updating-your-payment-card.md).

## One Account, Every Theatre

These pages show everything you hold across every theatre you've bought from — you don't switch between theatres, and you don't need a separate address for each one. Your cards on the Payment Methods page are grouped under the theatre they belong to, and your tickets and registrations name the theatre they're for.

## If a Page Looks Empty

If a page shows nothing and you're sure you should see something there, it's almost always one of these two:

* **You're signed in with a different email address.** If you bought with one address and later created your account with another, your purchases sit under the first one. Check the address on your order confirmation email, then sign in with that.
* **Your purchase isn't connected to your account yet.** This one you can't fix from your side — [contact CrowdWork support](/contacting-support.md) and include the email address you used when you bought. That's usually all it takes to sort out.

## Changing Your Email or Password

Both live in **Settings**, reached by clicking your email address at the top right of any account page. The [FAQs for Ticket Holders](/for-ticket-holders/readme.md) guide walks through both, along with what to do about a confirmation email you never received.

## Things Only the Theatre Can Do

Your account is for viewing and for keeping your payment details current. For anything that changes a purchase, contact the theatre you bought from directly — they can act on it immediately, where we'd only end up passing the message along. That includes:

* Refunds and exchanges
* Moving your ticket to a different date
* Pausing, rescheduling, or cancelling the remaining installments on a payment plan
* Anything about the event itself

Their contact details are on your order confirmation email and on the event page where you bought.
