Note to Ticket Holders and Students
For exchanges, refunds, and questions about tickets or events, please reach out to the theatre directly. This will allow you to receive assistance more quickly.
If you're a student or ticket holder, contact your theatre directly for faster assistance.
If you're a theatre owner, contact us directly from your account Dashboard.
The easiest way to contact us is from your CrowdWork Dashboard:
Select Email Support at the bottom of the Dashboard menu.
Select a Category, enter your Message, click Submit.
Rest easy and we'll get to work!
