# Contacting Support

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Important Note for Ticket Holders and Students**

**🎟️ If you purchased a ticket or class...**

Save yourself a step and contact the theatre first! For *exchanges, refunds*, and *questions about your tickets or events*, you'll need to **contact the theatre directly**. Theatres manage their own ticket policies and have the tools to help you immediately.

CrowdWork provides the technology, but **only your theatre can:**

• Process refunds or exchanges\
• Answer questions about specific shows or classes\
• Resolve issues with your tickets or registrations\
• Provide venue information or policies
{% endhint %}
